I’m Erman, a software engineer working across AI, cloud infrastructure, and the web. My focus is applied AI: systems built around retrieval, agents, and multimodal search. I like turning complicated problems into useful software, and understanding what makes it work well in the real world.
Away from the keyboard, I’m drawn to books, philosophy, music, and wandering around cities. I share my life with Elif and our two cats. This is a small corner of the internet where those interests can sit next to the work, and it can grow with whatever catches my attention next.
Lately I’ve been building small tools for working alongside AI agents. Copilot Ntfy is a VS Code extension that pings my phone when a GitHub Copilot agent finishes a long task, so I can walk away instead of watching a progress bar.
